Yesterday we hosted our inaugural technical recruiter happy hour. We invited top talent managers from startups in NYC to join us for a knowledge exchange re: challenges in recruitment / sourcing, personnel retention, the latest software and tools, and engineers’ motivations and passions.
Some specific topics / mentioned resources included:

- Seekout – a sourcing tool
- Mixmax – an emailing / scheduling / follow-up tool
- Training programs / thoughts around unconscious bias in hiring
