Are you organized, have great communication skills, and a great multi-tasker? We’re looking for a recruitment coordinator to help us with office & event scheduling, client / candidate correspondences, and miscellaneous clerical tasks.

About you:

  • You have exceptional writing and organizational skills.
  • You’re able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have experience with G Suite and MS Office or equivalent technologies. (Tell us about what you use!)
  • You’ve managed multiple corporate email accounts and calendars.


  • Manage corporate gmail and gcal accounts for scheduling and correspondence between multiple users
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with clients
  • Utilize Google Docs, Dropbox and other collaborative tools to manage and share information
  • Schedule internal trainings and community events
